Contractor Pro Suite ("the App") is developed and operated by Pocket Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.

By using Contractor Pro Suite, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and Apple ID provided during sign-in via Sign in with Apple.
• Business Information: Business name, customer and vendor records, inventory data, work orders, invoices, bids, and related business records you create within the App.
• Payment Information: When processing payments through Stripe Connect, payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
• Photos and Images: Photos you take or upload for inventory items, documents, or your business logo.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers used for app functionality and push notifications.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed and actions performed, used to improve the App experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (inventory management, invoicing, work orders, payments, team management)
• To sync your data across your devices and your team via Apple CloudKit
• To process payments through Stripe Connect on behalf of your business
• To send you important notifications about your account and business activity
• To respond to customer support requests
• To improve and develop new features for the App
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Storage and Sync

Your business data is stored using the following services:

• Apple CloudKit: Your primary business data (inventory, invoices, customers, team members, etc.) is stored in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, associated with your iCloud account. This data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: We use Firebase for payment processing webhooks and confirmation events. Payment confirmation data is stored temporarily in Firestore and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe Connect. Your payment data is stored and processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Contractor Pro Suite integrates with the following third-party services:

• Stripe Connect — Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Apple CloudKit — Data storage and sync. Apple Privacy Policy
• Firebase (Google) — Payment webhooks and backend functions. Firebase Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your data.

Team and Multi-User Access

If you use the team features of Contractor Pro Suite, your business owner can invite team members who will have access to shared business data based on their assigned roles and permissions. Team members' access is controlled by the business owner through the App's role-based access control system.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can access all your business data directly within the App at any time.
• Correction: You can edit and correct your data within the App.
• Deletion: You can delete your data using the Reset All Data feature in the App, or by contacting us directly.
• Data Portability: You can export your data using the App's CSV export features.

Children's Privacy

Contractor Pro Suite is designed for business use and intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Your data is protected by Apple's CloudKit security infrastructure, Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing, and industry-standard encryption in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
