These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Contractor Pro Suite ("the App"), operated by Pocket Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Contractor Pro Suite. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Contractor Pro Suite is intended for business use. By using the App, you represent that you are using it for legitimate business purposes.
To use Contractor Pro Suite, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
Business owners are responsible for all team members they invite to their account, including their use of the App and compliance with these Terms.
Contractor Pro Suite is offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree to use Contractor Pro Suite only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to bypass this progressive enforcement and immediately terminate accounts involved in serious violations including fraud, illegal activity, or actions that harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
Contractor Pro Suite uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payment processing between contractors and their customers. By using the payment features:
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Contractor Pro Suite, including customer information, inventory records, invoices, and work orders. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We will not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important business data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, account termination, or circumstances beyond our control.
Contractor Pro Suite, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Pocket Enterprises and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
Contractor Pro Suite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific business requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Contractor Pro Suite.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pocket Enterprises and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Contractor Pro Suite at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the App Store and contacting us to request account deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or to your registered email address. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tom Green County, Texas.
